The William Northrup PTA Gladiator RISE Scholarship aims to recognize and support the higher education of Northrup School graduates who demonstrate a commitment to making the world a better place through community service, leadership, and academic excellence while striving to embody the Northrup Gladiator RISE principles of respect, cooperation, empathy, gratitude, responsibility, courage, perseverance, honesty, creativity, kindness, and scholarly achievement.

Successful applicants must:
- Be a high school senior
- Be a William Northrup School alumnus (promoted in 8th grade)
- Enroll in an accredited technical school, college, university for the Fall 2025 term
- Demonstrate the Northrup Gladiator RISE principles of respect, cooperation, empathy, gratitude, responsibility, courage, perseverance, honesty, creativity, kindness, and scholarly achievement
- Be a William Northrup PTA member
