Friendly reminder that students need to complete a COVID test TODAY before returning to school.
Some new steps this week:
- By 5:00 PM this afternoon (Mon 1/17) complete this Google form (https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScJk5oSOF84XSgw4oorCz3bprXTIkD6SmvNmvXF2-ktcuu5Mg/viewform) and upload a photo of your child's test results.
- Photos of the used test device must be taken after the test result is ready and the control and/or test line is still visible.
- Before taking a photo of the test results, write the student's name and the date the test was taken on the test device. Upload this picture to the Google form.
- If you can't upload the form, email it to the school principal, Dr. Northcott.
If your child tests positive, keep them home from school. Let the school know as soon as possible by filling out the Google reporting form.
This information was included in an email Dr. Northcott sent home on Friday with the subject, "Administering student antigen tests over the weekend."
